Soy vs. Lung Cancer

Matsuo K colleagues from the Division of Epidemiology and Prevention, Aichi Cancer Center Institute, Japan conclude regularly eat soy reduce the risk of lung cancer.was obtained after giving a questionnaire containing the consumption habits such as meat, seafood, vegetables, and soy products to 353 lung cancer and 1765 healthy people.Result, consumption of soy can reduce the mutation rate of spread of cancer cells to 79% in cancer patients and 56% in healthy people.
